Health, Life, Dental, Vision and Disability
We offer a variety of robust benefits program designed to meet your needs. And, we pay for 50% of your benefits costs. You are eligible after 3 months of continuous service to participate in a variety of programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life/accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and long-term disability. Technicians, sales representatives and staff whose job requires making business trips outside their province where they are located are eligible immediately.
Everyone needs time away from the office to relax. To help with this, Topcon provides all new employees with two weeks’ vacation and three day of personal time. Of course, the longer you are here, the more vacation time you get.

Saving for the future is critical and we want to help with your long-term financial goals. After 3 months of continuous service, our employees can contribute to a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with generous company participation at up to 3% of the employee salary.
